Team / Employment Triple B Farms is lucky to have such a valuable working team family! Each Spring we celebrate the new season with a get together. It is an opportunity for everyone to share ideas and rebuild the friendships we develop each working season. Every year Triple B Farms, hires approximately 15 14-15 year olds to help us pick the fruit crops. We schedule their hours, so they still have the opportunity to hang out with friends throughout summer. Triple B also hires a few market employees each year to work on the team. These retail positions require attention to detail and terrific customer service. Finally the Fall season, concludes with hiring additional team members that work only October, sometimes daytime hours, evening hours or only weekend hours. We are flexible and work around a person's schedule the best we can.
